My Journey: I was only 20 years old!

  On June 12, 2025 I went to the ER at Centennial Hills Hospital because I had chest pains. I was diagnosed with bronchitis and then was admitted overnight having pneumonia. A pulmonary specialist had a cat scan done, it displayed damaged to my lungs. Within two weeks both of my lungs collapsed and I had multiple chest and bi-lateral tubes inserted. On July 2, 2025 I was put into an induced coma to help relax me so my lungs could repair. On July 6, 2025 I just couldn’t relax due to my battle with anxiety so I continued to wake up. At this point I was transferred to Sunrise Hospital cause Centennial Hills didn’t have the equipment needed if things worsened for me. A few days later my lungs did just that and I was put on an ECMO machine. While on the ECMO machine I did get the tube out my mouth and a tracheostomy tube was placed in my neck. Now, after a few days I had Physical Therapy twice. It was just simple things like trying to hold my legs and arms  up, and trying to stand with support. That evening I was exhausted and my back was killing me; so they gave me some pain medicine around 10pm. At midnight I went into septic shock. As I was in shock, I experienced multiple seizures and became unresponsive. On July 17, 2025 I became unconscious; in a coma state. I heard everything; responding via tears or my blood pressure rising. On August 13, 2025 I went into cardiac arrest, from there being too much air sitting on the outside of my lungs. At approximately 7:30pm I was pronounced deceased. I lost my life months before my 21st birthday all because of vaping. I know I have a purpose, and only GOD has the final say! Sometimes God uses one to save the greater good.
